- More physical danger
- Clean living - no alcohol or drugs but theres always milk
- Need parents to sort themselves out
- without nobody you end up dead but with parents you end up loved.
1980:
- No physical violence
- a lot of alcohol and drugs
- crime involving guns knifes ext
- alcohol and drugs are more commonly used
- peer pressure
- more frustration and anger involved
- need parents involved
